Here it is almost all from end of 2011 year issue. Missing just one or two items that will be added when it arrive to me. We will start with:

Postage Due 4-2011:

Like usually, Red Cross, UNICEF and For Children. All valid for one week use on every mail delivered at the time. Face value just minimum of few cents, but because it is not attractive topic (except Red Cross), hardly that You will find it available at every dealer around. When talking about market value, prepare for 1$ for each stamp.

33-2011 "Power Plant"

Here I still missing FDC cover for this issue, because that I can not say for sure date of issue, but topic is nice, "100 year of Hydro Power Plant" in Serbia! Strange? Not so - if we know who are Serbian scientist like Nikola Tesla (https://www.facebook.com/groups/teslarelease/), and other that made some most important work to our civilization. 

Here is one single issue, with photo of project team of this power plant, and nice design that well present this occasion. Face value of 22.00 dinara, market value around 0.62 $.

32-2011 "Gold Medal - Volleyball":

On September 2011, in Vienna, Austria - tournament, where Serbia take gold medal, and also on October 2011, in Belgrade, Serbia, again gold medal for 1st place. Nice achievement from Serbian sport Team and nice present to nation on end of the year - isn't?

Set of two value, in sheetlets of 8+1 gutter, design is fine, and topic attractive, which will go to "Sport" topic, and not so big market value - just 1.25 $.

31-2011 "Journalist Organization":

Again one nice issue, celebrating 130 years - can You imagine, 130 years of organized journalism in Serbia. i think that this country "beat" many of "great" democratic and modern countries around globe with organization and education organization.

This issue come to public on Nov. 25, 2011, single stamp there, typewriter, book, PC - nice for topic collectors, and also not expensive, will find it for half dollar or little more - 0.62 $.

30-2011 "Christmas":

You know, I like when they make "Icons" in full mean, and not like this one. Even that on stamp is stated "Icons from Church" - better say it is fresco - small difference? Probably for ordinary people, but - artist made nice effort in design, FDC is even better than stamp alone. Issued on Nov. 15, 2011, two stamp in set, much-much bigger face value than ordinary issue - this one with 112.00 + 22.00 dinar - translated to market value, it will take from You around 3.82 $. 

29-2011 "Joint issue Serbia-Brazil":

Nice effort by Serbian Post, to inform public about friendship between Serbia and Brazil, with two stamp that celebrate 50 years of Nobel Prize given to Serbian writer Ivo Andric (1892-1975), and Brazilian writer Rachel de Queiroz (1910-2003). Both are very important for own country and civilization at global.

Issued on Oct. 26, 2011, two stamp in set, nice portrait design and not so expensive - on the market just around 2.00 $.

28-2011 "Stamp Day":

I don't like this design, too much "poor" and avantgard? Probably other mean to celebrate Belgrade and First Philatelic Exhibition made there. Nice info can be find just on the back side of FDC, and from stamp, You can learn just of Serbian early classic issue, and new bridge (recently build) in Belgrade, less visible is there some other architecture from Belgrade, but color composition damage overall feeling of serious design work.

Single stamp, Nov. 25, 2011 - 1.31 $ on market.

27-2011 "1st Serbian Movie":

And which design!!!! Probably Serbian Post wish to remind Turkish - that "We didn't forget"!

Again 100 year celebration! 1st movie after "Life and Deeds of the Immortal Duke Karadjordje"!

Printing sheet of 10 stamp are great! FDC and CM also nice, and look at the stamp! "Head is rolling", in daily newspaper of "Vecernje Novosti" comment go like "The picture looks very nice and clear, without any blinking, and contents itself will provoke a real sensation wherever it will be presented"! Probably true? For sure, Turkish will be upset, because there, on stamp is "head" of Turk, and topic alone refresh memory of genocide  made in Serbia by Ottoman Empire (for which Turk never received any punishment, even today, they are awarded some kind of "leader" around).

Single issue of 22.00 dinar face value, I think it is worth it - 0.62 $ for very good design and topic!

26-2011 "Joy of Europe":

Every year, this issue make me angry! Not because topic, but because design! Yes, it is children drawing on stamp, and yes, it is nice - but to celebrate children effort, peace, education and all human value against children, You can manifestate it in much better way! This kind of "kish-kush" drawing will just lower idea and quality!

Issued on Sept. 30, 2011, single stamp, expensive on the market - 1.31$, I think - not worth!

25-2011 "Volleyball Champ Italy-Serbia":

If You see in previous issue, Serbia take 2 gold medal, isn't? Again, best of the best in sport arena! But, surprise - this time also nice design, probably will be short on market! Single issue, 1.31 $ on market, and good luck in exchange. If someone offer You for exchange - take it! Issued on Sept. 20, 2011.

24-2011 "Non-Aligned Countries":

We all know what this countries mean before 50-60 year - isn't? It was one great organization that made some kind of "justice" in "World Order" made after WWII - to celebrate 50 year from first conference that was held in Yugoslavia (again Yugoslavia, it is mostly advanced country at the time?) on 1st to 7th September 1961. Just to remind collectors that 25 countries made this organization (from today's 180+ countries), that give this organization very big political power in UN and that was one of reason, why was  Yugoslavia TORN apart by "big" power like USA and England!!!

Issued on Sept. 1, 2011, single stamp, with low value - on market just over 0.62 $.

23-2011 "Airplane in Yugoslavia":

Great! Serbian probably wish to "take it for myself", but this plane was build in YUGOSLAVIA at the time, and it was some kind of "miracle" for country that was totally destroyed in second WWII by Germany. This plane come out from factory in 1957/1961 - so short period after WWII and "pop-up" one turbojet plane with RR Viper motor on it - great! I think that Serbia need to print it every year, just to remind today's politician what is possible to made with great wish, with bare hand, with country in ruin! Today - whole technology in Serbia, all money and DEMOCRACY didn't made even 0.00001% of it!!!!

Single "minus" that I can find is in dimension of stamp, it is not enough big that You can express all beauty of this plane, in printing sheet form - it is even better! Issue come out on July 20, 2011, single stamp will cost You 1.42 US$, single with gutter probably 2.00 US$, sheetlet of 8+1 gutter will cost You 12.00 US$. I prefer it for any collection - it is worth this money!

22-2011 "ZOO Park Belgrade":

Here we have one combination, that I can say freely - it is speculative! Why? Because it is issue in such form, that don't have any logic. Catalog will have hard time to find correct system to number it because this issue come in single stamp, and also in booklet format with different stamp from single one. You can say that it is set of 5 value? No. Are that two separate issue for one occasion? Probably! Good effort is made by "idea" of responsible person for this issue, because here we have one nice "word play" of BEO (in English it mean WHITE) with BEOgrad (city), BEO ZOO (name of zoo park) and four animal on stamp in white color fur! It is fact, that in Belgrade Zoo Park, existed this animals in white color!!! White Tiger, White Leo, White Eagle and White Kangaroo! GREAT! But also great prices! For booklet set prepare 5.50 US$, for single stamp prepare 0.62 US$ and two FDC will take from You 9.52 US$.

Postage due 3-2011:

Like usually, one stamp for "Holly Sava" church, and second is nice design for previously mentioned issue of "Digital Serbia" - this one is nice design of "mouse" in form of flower! In any way - it is worth to have it in collection, even that You will need to pay for any single minimum 1.00 $US.

21-2011 "Cult of Bread":

Wow, new topic - but, I made it wrongly read - it is actually "Museum Exhibit" to celebrate 100 year of celebration of "Duzijanca" (some kind of ritual in past, where to celebrate end of harvest of wheat). It is introduced by one family and it go for almost 100 year, final act is to present wreath in the end of harvest to "owner" of field where is wheat harvested.

Design is relatively nice, two stamp in set, "Dom Gospodnji" church in Subotica and "Crown" from 1973. I wish to all countries worldwide to have this kind of celebration, even that it is mostly in Slavens "blood" to have "cult of nature and bread" - but I can say just, cult or not - it is nice issue!

For set of 2 stamp prepare 2.20 US$. Printing sheet will take from You 28.00 US$.

20-2011 "Bridges":

Nice and clever issue, yes - it is science to build it, even simple one and this three are really good project. Issue come out on June 20, 2011, three stamp, according topic also price differ - prepare 3.77 US$ for set! Commemorate bridges on Danube near Beshka town in Serbia, second is new railway bridge on Sava river in Belgrade and third is road bridge "Sloboda" (Freedom) on Danube in Novi Sad. Most bridges are destroyed by USA, GB and other NATO members countries in last civil war on Yugoslavia soil. Explanation for destruction was "...it is army infrastructure..." - very funny, not serious and ridiculous explanation from civilized countries like Germany, France, Italy and other NATO members countries - but, what to do - not every country care about self respect!

19-2011 "Nature Protection":

Every single year it come, "Nature Protection" issue, that I really admire. But why they can not made it design much better? This issue, when someone is looking from distance, look like more to "hell" panorama! It is designed to scare or to promote?

Here we have 2 value set, "Waterfal from Mokranjska Stena" and "Tufa accumulation Beli Izvorac" - You know where it is? No? I also don't know! But nothing terrible, because that we have Philately! But prepare for this set 1.92 US$. Issued on June 13, 2011.

18-2011 "F. Liszt - Joint Issue with Hungary":

You know, probably wrong will be to say, but - if my country suffered for so long period of this country (Hungary), and have very big damage gone by this country (Hungary) and not just once (Austro-Hungarian Dinasty), but few time (First WW, Second WW, last civil war on Yugoslavian soil) - believe me, I will never made any kind of "joint issue" stamp together!

So, politics didn't care about history! They made one single stamp on June 14, 2011 to celebrate 200 year of composer F. Liszt! On FDC is written: "...to commemorate, confirm and reinforce..." - GOD - to "REINFORCE" their friendly relationship! Hungary bombed, occupied, killed Serbian, and in last civil war on Yugoslavian soil, Hungary openly supported and supplied weapon to warring sides in opposite of UN prohibition to do it! As is - is, we Philatelist have one single stamp, that You will be asked to pay around 1.50 US$, not too much I think.

17-2011: "AIDS":

Year after year with no advance in medical cure for this problem. And - let's be fair, WHY ordinary people need to pay, collect money, think, fight on media for to resolve some medical problems? It is not enough that gov't take from us every months for health care (see Your monthly payment slip) and they need to made next also postage stamp? 30 years gone how we discovered this "poison", and nothing done to eradicate it! Shame! design is more or less in middle, one single stamp, You will need 1.42 US$, but printing sheet of 10 will take from You 15.00 US$ minimum! Issued on June 1, 2011.

16-2011: "Digital Serbia":

Probably (I really don't know), single country around, that made some Government Conference and declaration for! Government declared that every citizen need to have access to "Digital World", and it is very fanny to me, that some politician will sit and talked about BASIC right of every single human on this planet!

Set of 2 value, issued on June 3, 2011, yes - it have very nice design! One stamp related to this topic, with even much "clever" design is also in Postage due issue from this year. Value is good - just 1.88 $ per one set.

15-2011 "Red Fruit":

Idea was great, design more or less good, printing fell short! See this color, and tell me if it is red?! far away from red, magenta? If You lived ever in outside of big city, probably You know true color of this fruit! I know it well, and can say - that this color used in printing plant is NOT natural color of this fruit! Issued on may 27, 2011, set of 4 stamp and again gutter between. Printing sheet of 5 set - for set prepare 4.70 $ US.

On stamp You will find two kind of fruit, one is Redcurrant (Ribes rubrum from Grossulariaceae family) and Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon from Ericaceae family).

14-2011 "YB" year of Biodiversity:

It is first time that I hear something about this topic, probably I'm not so old to "meet" this topic before, but, let's be fair - how many of us (Philatelist) even hear about? From FDC I see that "Biodiversity" issue are born in 1992 where till today 190 countries signed some kind of agreement/declaration. I see that it is lot of countries obligated for "protecting", but if we will go "out" and see how much "WE" protected, it will be very grave discovery!

Shortly, single stamp issued, with relatively good design, yes - it is worth this 1.40 US$. Issued on April 15, 2011.

13-2011 WWF:

We all know what WWF mean, my opinion is that every single country need to protect our nature and any kind of living on earth. But - BUT, if we made an effort, I think that it need to be well done! This issue, set of 4 value and gutter between, with due respect for artist and design staff - is almost like children painting in school, and more than that - it is not first time that is made in low fashion! Issued on April 4, 2011 - set of 4 value, in printing sheet of 5, with gutter on middle that made one complete picture - because that - specialist will need to buy whole sheet of 5 set. Worth? Probably, but price for sheet is around 30.00 US$ - if You ad postage, payment charge etc - it will go to around 40-45.00 US$ per sheet.

Here we come again with new issue from Serbia, that I recently received, now from "Serbiamarka" and not from "Jugomarka". It is "new trend" in Serbia, probably in accordance with EU Reich that didn't "like" nothing that have name "Jugoslavia" or related. God know why it must be done, and where it will be heading - just time will tell!

P. Due 2-2011: "Red Cross":

Like usually, I don't have information about date of issue, but it was valid just for week in use, and obligated on every single post delivered. By my opinion it is very poorly designed, but - classic for this topic. Nothing special, and worth around 0.24 $ in some dealers inside Serbia. From my experience - it will be very hard, in the future to find it and complete this in Your collection, because most of dealer will not keep it in stock!

12-2011 "Personalities":

Issued on May 13, 2011 to celebrate 160 years of birth Dr Laza Lazarevic, one really great person, who have impact on Serbian people and country alone. He was lawyer, doctor and writer, and also fighter in Serbo-Turkish war (that resulted in Ottoman fall and Serbian liberated Kosovo from Turks).

Single stamp, with minimal face value, but prepare around 0.48$ for it. FDC are even better designed, and will cost You around 1.52$. Will be available in the future, because it is of no significance to general collectors.

11-2011 Gymnasium:

One issue, that I really don't know why is made? What is need to put burden on collectors for this issue, which celebrate 130 years of Bora Stankovic Gymnasium. This Gymnasium, is not so great that will need postage stamp to be printed, for reason that every bigger city in Serbia have an Gymnasium with 100 or more year in existence.

Overall design is fine, minimum face value, around 0.48$ per single, will be available in the future. Issued on May 10, 2011.

10-2011 EUROPA "Forest":

Still EVROPA issue are coming out at the time, and with better than usually design, even I can say - one of better from all countries that issue this topic. Come out on May 5, 2011. Two value in set, with very nice design that is worth to have in collection. For this set prepare 2.20 $, but if You want it with gutter between two stamp, or with tab - You will pay premium. hardly that will be available in next 3-4 year, because low quantity printed.

9-2011 "Scout":

Not bad, but can be made better! I will put it in "Children's Painting" topic - if I don't know to read Serbian!!! Probably will be in demand just because topic alone - not more than that. One single stamp, minimal face value, but prepare 0.52$ for single stamp.

8-2011 "Fight Poliomyelitis":

Very important issue, to fight this "greatest children's killer" and be aware that it is still around us! Serbian Post made little bit trick, and on stamp is also one "Rotary" symbol, that will made this issue more in demand. Design alone will not show us at first glance, or eye look, about what is talking, I will say it is something about dancing, but after reading text, and examination FDC I "catch" the point and see that it is about health care and Polio problem around.

Single stamp, with double like usually face value, prepare minimum 1.10 $ for it! Issued on March 31, 2011.

Here we go to 2011 year.

Yes - little bit too late, but have an reason, probably all dealers with Serbia stamp, will have same reason with be late - it is "Jugomarka" fault at all! Why "Jugomarka"? Because this company, and complete staff of it, allowed someone from politician, to "press" it, and "Jugomarka" are closed, filled for bankruptcy (?), eliminated and "reborn" on new name - "Serbiamarka"! My personal opinion about it are very

negative - simple say: "Who are shame of own past - didn't

deserve future"!

Let's talk about stamp:

1-2011 - "Preserve Polar":

I don't think that this issue deserve any compliment! It is so poorly designed that I can say just "shame"! And more than that - to start year with so poor design is not good omen. What we have is one m/s with two stamp, face value of 112 dinar, not cheap at all - on marked will cost around 1.68 euro, knowing exchange rate - it will be out of reach for USA market! Issued on May 31, 2011.

2-2011 - "Lunar Horoscope":

Little bit better design than previous issue, but not something to made "joy" in collectors heart! It is one set, issued on Feb. 7, 2011, that will cost You

around 1.43 euro in local dealer. Probably will have better rating than first issue, but it will be just because topic alone - not because design.

3-2011 - "International Telecommunication Union":

Issued to celebrate Serbian membership from 1866 year - nice to know and remember! When I see stamp alone, have an different feeling than when I see sheet of 8+1 stamp - it is much different picture, probably to better! Single stamp, that will cost You some 0.85 euro in shop, but You will easy find it around Phila Forum for exchange (if You have something to offer). Issued on Feb. 9, 2011.

4-2011 - "Art and Judaica":

Finally arrived first better design this year, where we have 4 stamp in set. Issue come out on Feb. 25, 2011 - to celebrate 100 year of birth artist Bora Baruh, artist with very sad family history, that ended in WWII period. Jew by nationality, executed in Jajinci prison. Worth to mention, that he lived in France, but "Serbian brother" - French - expelled him from France(political reason). Like I mentioned, set have 4 stamp, high face value, will cost You 3.10 euro, but for set of 4 FDC prepare much-much more!

5-2011 - "100 year Music School":

One single stamp to celebrate 100 year of "Stankovic" music school. Not so bad design, but hardly important from collectors view. Probably just topic "music on stamp" will fit, or probably also "Architecture" - we will see. face value are minimum in dinar, and from dealer You will need to pay some 0.41 euro, not expensive for one stamp. Issued on march 15, 2011.

6-2011 - "Easter":

Set of two stamp, well made - I can say, that it can be included also to "Art" topic, and probably also to "Icons", because one of stamp is fragment from icon (1818-1820 year). two stamp in set, with face value of 112 and 22 dinar - yes, expensive - but worth! Issued on march 25, 2011 to celebrate Easter this year. Like usually it is religious motifs there, and FDC are also nice done work.

7-2011 - "Serbian National Theatre 150 yr":

I will not say "ugly", but can be done much-much better for this important institution and celebration. What to do - if nothing else, printing was done in good way by Forum Printing Plant. Again, single stamp with minimal face value, prepare 0.41 euro for it.

Postage due 1-2011 - "Cancer, Avala Tower":

Here like usually, I don't have any other information than that what i see on stamp, and it is "fight cancer" from set that is coming every year, and second stamp have really important memory. Second stamp with picture of "Avala Tower" are great work of Serbian people and country alone. It is rebuilt from "floor" after NATO bombardment and destruction of civilian object during last Yugoslavia civil war. Still no one from NATO countries are not charged in court for this act that present us with great barbarian way of life today! Probably it fit in "New World Order" like someone call today's democracy! I recommend it for all collection to be included!

Face value are also not minimal, if we know that minimal face value inland mail is 22 dinar, and this "Avala" stamp are valued 44 - it is really good money, hope that it will go to finance this project, that many artist and people around world donated to rebuild. translate it to 1.01 euro for this two stamp.

Here come end of 2010 year. I think that Serbian Post made more than need issues for 2010 yr - it come to count 26 issues + postage due. Many people and collectors will be very unhappy with this information, because it will request more money to spend if You want to keep collection complete - but, Serbian Authority, probably care just about profit.

21-2010 Stamp day:

Issued on Nov. 26, 2010, with one nice stamp, single in this issue. design is one from better, and can be included in "Stamp on Stamp" topic, probably also "Building-Architecture" also.

face value not so big, but on market prepare 1.83 $for it.

22-1020 Museum Exhibits:

Nov. 26, 2010, set of two stamp, market prices for set of 2 = 1.83$, but for small sheet of 9 stamp+gutter on middle You will need more than 18.00 $. What we have here on stamp? One pictured Porcelain figure and second have it with Glass - not something that will attract many topical collectors - isn't? Sheet of 9+1 stamp, have some good looking, but also price!

23-2010 Writers:

Issued Nov. 26, 2010. Continuing with this issue every year, once it was Actors, now it is writers. Between all on issue, we have one Nobel Prices Winner (Ivo Andric) and also one who can be included in "Judaica" topic - Danilo Kis. Design is not bad at all, fine balance between modern stream, classic painting and nice portrait. Prices on market is not so bad for set/sheet with gutter - 4.88 $, but for set of 4 FDC prepare almost three time more.

24-2010 Joy of Europe:

Nov. 26, 2010. Still I can not understand why it continue with this series? O.K. it is for children's joy, O.K. it is of young generation importance and promotion of children's art, but - I think that it is missing taste! One single stamp that5 will cost You 1.27$ - too much? i think - yes!

25-2010 Christmas:

Issued Nov. 30, 2010. One "standard" Christmas issue - nothing more than that! I don't like this kind of design, and many-many countries around globe have same "taste", and same, very small "space" to made other design to celebrate Christmas. But, it is for every country to decide. Two stamp in set, You will need to pay some 1.88 $ for set.

26-2010 Aviation:

Dec. 9, 2010. I can say "Hallelujah"! End of the year and thanks God - best of best for this year! nice design, nice printing, nice FDC! Just see two stamp (from 4) - 44 din and 66 din, they are almost here in - almost close to Your face! What we have on stamp? Brege 14, spartan Kruzer, IK-3 and DC-9. On single stamp we have portrait of Ivan Saric (1876-1966) - constructor. I recommended to all collectors, especially topical of Aviation to "grab" this issue, even that it can cost more than 8.33 $ for booklet and single! For FDC (two) - You will need also "high" - almost 11.50$ - but again, it is worth.
