So, here we are in 2025 year!
If we compare it to 2024, probably, they (Serbia Post Company) understand little bit, that quantity is not way to keep Philatelist purchasing new issues from Serbia.
In 2024, they made 44 issues total, and now, in 2025 half way, we have "only" 18. Let's see what will be till end of the year.
Personally, I'm not satisfied with design! It is "feeling" that they overused idea, and now just use "old and worn out design" of postage stamps. If we compare it with 2024 year, it start with same design of "China New Year" and continue with same design for all kind of important events from Serbian history, but - BUT still in same design like before! I will not say that it is boring, but feeling of exhausted idea in design is here!
For this half year, I can't single out a single release for which I would say "wow, this is the good" by design! Probably, if we will search for something that can "help" in critics or if we can look for something that will alleviate the negative feeling for design, is issue for "Swan Lake" but just design for CM (Carte Maximum), and another one (even that this "style" was used before) for "Military Academy".
Two worst design (according my opinion) go for "Jasenovac Death Camp", which is terribly wrong choice to celebrate this really important moment in WWII and breakout from death camp in NDH - Croatia! It is made by work of nun Marija, and probably, more suitable for museum or church, but not for postage stamp that need to send some visual "massage" to public.
Another that come in this "my opinion" is issue for WWII Victory Day! Victory Day, WWII, with all kind of historic moments, putting flag on Bundestag, liberation of Yugoslavia, and all other moments available for artist to made one really precise point in title "Victory Day - WWII"! But, choice fall for this "putting flag of Yugoslavia on an electric pole - Holy Spirit!
Hope that second half of year will give us more interesting and attractive design, and here you can see this first half of year:
