2014: second shipment of new issues

6-2014 "EUROPA":

Let's be fair, and say, that this issue and design from Serbia is really best of all countries that I have opportunity to examine! Clear design that tell us visually about National Instrument, National Costumes and places where it is in use. So "clever" design, that we almost "feel" the spirit of country. Not every country made it this time! 

Stamp come to the public on April 28, 2014. Set of 2 stamp with face value of around 1.70 $ per set, but as attractive that will made price little bit higher in shop or from dealer. If You will try to have it with gutter between - You will need to pay some heavy extra money.

7-2014 "Nature Protection":

This time, slightly different format of issue named "Nature Protection", still nice, with two places mentioned on stamp. It is Nature Park Stara Planina and Zaovine. Place where still NATURE is in charge. On stamp, we have also shown Deer, rabbit, Eagles, on salvage of printing sheet is some other animals like Owl, Fox and other. This issue will fit well to the topical collection.

Two stamp in set, face value of 1.25 $, but again, because low quantity printed, and attractive design - for sure will cost almost double of face value in open market. Stamp come to the public on May 22, 2014, keep an eye on it!

8-2014 "Centenary of WWI":

Here it is one very important issue in history, WWI where many countries will issue stamp honoring this 100 years of great tragedy in civilization. What I have in my hands from other countries, all honor victory, or generals, or politicians in this war. Some as winner, and other just as "wrong side" with monarch on it. When I saw this issue from Serbia, I asked myself: "Why to made it so as "shame" and not as "proud"?!

Serbian design is just one artist work, with medals in, but "telling" us just as loser Serbian are, and not as winner in this war! As we know from history, Serbian army have so many causalities, that no other army and country have, country was ruined and industry destroyed, with this facts, my expectation was that Post of Serbia will have an issue as celebrating winning WWI over Austro-Hungary - instead, I can see from stamp, just heroic exodus, heroic losses - no heroic winners! Why?

Stamp come to the public at Jun 24, 2014 as four stamp in set, with face value of 2.00 $ per set. Probably You will find it almost by face value.

9-2014 "Fauna":

One really nice issue, but also "naive" design and art work, that will better fit some "children books" than postage stamp. Why I think so? That was feeling when You look at design. Still really nice and attractive to see, and probably many collectors will wish to have it. Four stamp in set, with face value little bit more than 2.00 $ per set. As usually, printing sheet was made of 5 sets and gutter between that made one whole picture when complete.

Come out to the public on Jun 30, 2014. Showing us Bobcat, Wolf, Wild Cat and Fox.

Postage Due 2-2014:

As usually, serbia have it lot on use, few as now and I see that it come out very frequently. Any single is selling on the market around 1$ per single, where we have it for "Electronic Communication", "Rowing Championship", "Tour de Serbia", "Cancer Fighting", "Church of Sv. Sava" and another one that You will be very surprised:

Mileva Maric Einstein (1875-1948):

As many of us don't know who she is, I will add here link to Wikipedia, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mileva_Mari%C4%87) but will try to explain as simple as can be:

She was wife of Albert Einstein, and according many scientist and other "high" ranking people, Einstein all work are strictly controlled, corrected, approved by her. Mean that without this lady, Albert will never achieve status that have as today. To our sorrow, as Albert was good in science, he was not good as father and husband, abandoning wife and children that resulted in misery of his family.

1-2014 "Opening of Negotiation":

I will call it more openly "Opening negotiation of capitulation"!

Funny, cynical, but probably correct. And more than that - I really don't understand what was need to made this stamp? Just to say to the public and citizen that finally EU "broke" any possible option to stay "neutral" on the Balkan?

Issued very quickly after New Year, Jan. 21, 2014, one single stamp, minimal face value of around 0.26 $ per stamp. Nothing important on design except that it is nice topic of "Flags on Postage Stamp".

2-2014 "Lunar New year":

At the time of Yugoslavia, this topic was not common to made, but as time come, many countries made it and Serbia didn't stay away - as I see, even they made it better than other countries around!

Date is Jan. 31, 2014, two stamps in set, face value of less than $ (0.77 $) that will make it very affordable to have in collection. Topic is also popular, because it is "Year of Horse" in China Lunar Calendar, also can be included in "Horoscope" topical.

I will suggest to have it in collection, because it is still available around market!

3-2014 "Winter Olympic":

Not perfect, but very nice made. As we know, it is organized in Sochi - Russia, and Winter Sport is also popular around globe. Figure Skating and High Jump - shown on postage stamp. Set of 2 stamp, will take from You less than $ in face value, but if You will ask for sheet of 8 + gutter on middle - be prepared to pay on market some 15.00 $ minimum. Personally - I like it, even FDC is better than set alone!

4-2014 "Art(ist)":

Say what You want, but I will mark it as worst design in last period! What it is? Free expression of designer? Probably! But I don't like it! Than, 3 stamp in set, face value of near 1.50 $, Shakespeare, Lermontov and local Nushic on postage stamp. As I have in stock, Bosnia (Serbian part) made this issue much-much better as for eye, same for soul!

FDC improved little bit overall feeling, but still not for my taste!

5-2014 "Easter":

Noooo, it is running away from past design, where it was made just of "Fresque" on stamp, now, Post decided to be more "close" to the Catholic way, and less Orthodox Russian or Greece, probably EU is pressing too hard?

Two stamp in set, less than 0.70 $ face value, too small picture for this original painting!

Because I sold all FDC from stock (it is still popular topic of "Religion on Postage Stamp") I can not tell exact day of issue.

Postage Due 1-2014 "For displaced & refugee":

As usually, it is very low face value, obligatory just one week on all post, face value of 0.11 $, with really humanitarian intention of "New Roof" - mean to collect income for building homes for refugee and displaced that live in Serbia. As we know, Serbia have more than 2 million refugee from Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo and other part of Yugoslavia. No world organization care about this people, and this is just one really symbolic way to help this people.

12-2013 till end of year 2013

Finally, I have last shipment of FDC from Serbia 2013 year. Yes, too long and didn't have listed it here (end of 2013), it happen because Serbian Post again made some kind of "break" in producing and delivering FDC's from August till end of 2013. What happen? I really don't know, even my source in Belgrade didn't know what is really happening there, probably payment dispute to the printer, nothing strange if it is true.

As is - is, and here we go with:

12-2013 "Equestrian" Ljubicevo Games (Horses):

Given to the public on 30 Aug. 2013, set of 4 value, in sheet of 5 set and gutter between two stamp. Gutter on full sheet are different for each set, little bit difference of most till today made, where it was like complete picture.

Face value for full set is little bit over 1.00 US$! 1.04 $ actually, that is very affordable (if You will take account just face value) for "Sport", "Horses" topical collector, but - You must count that no dealer will sell it by face value, and yeah - postage cost will kill us!

13-2013 "Joy of Europe":

Issued on 2 Sep. 2013, set of 2 stamp. I still can not understand why they continue with this "topical", name "Joy of Europe", as we know, that it was very attractive festival in SFR of Yugoslavia time! Because all this "new independent countries" abandoned "motherland" of Yugoslavia, I really don't see reason to celebrate something that don't have any significance in today's "new world order". Yes, it is nice and good effort, but just at the time that our children have REALLY joy in own country!

Face value is little bit under 1.00 $ (0.80 US$) per set, and just "Bicycle" topical collectors will be happy to find it in collection. Nothing "great" to say about this issue!

14-2013 "Constitutional Court":

If not funny - it will be very sad! Which kind of celebration? 50 year of Constitutional Court?

What exactly if we know, that in Serbia, politician is changing constitution after every election (that happen frequently) and "constitution" start to be just like some kind of "shield" for every possible problems in Serbia!

This single stamp come to the public on 14 Oct. 2013, with "Coat of Arm", "Book of Constitution" and "Statue of Justice" on it!

Provocative in every aspect! 

Face value for this single stamp is 0.26 US$, very available around!

15-2013 "Stamp Day":

Really nice design! You have here shown all that represent one post activity! From map (on FDC) to hand cancel, envelope, leaf, seal... Really good work of artist!

Come to public on 25 Oct. 2013, single, again low face value of 0.26 US$ per stamp! If You need something "good" in Your collection, obtain this single stamp together with FDC - and You can go to exhibition!

16-2013 Christmas":

To be fair? Nothing "special" with this time! If not good FDC design, it will go unnoticed!

Two stamp in set, face value of 0.80 US$, probably just for "Religion" on stamp collectors!

Out on the market on 28 Oct. 2013.

17-2013 "Njegos":

Fine, it is very important person for Serbs. He was great poet, prince-bishop, and ruler of Montenegro!

So, deserve to be on postage stamp, it is 200 years of his birth, and Serbian is searching for self-boost in national "feeling". What Montenegrin say? Hmmmmm, better ask them - there are very different opinion for and against this "ruler"! I personally can say, that he was great!

Single stamp there, little bit more than usually face value - 0.54 US$, design is much better on CM than on stamp alone!

18-2013 "Science and Education":

This set can be named just "Education", because showing us 4 stamp in set, all of Gymnasiums in Serbia (Prijepolje, Novi Pazar, Mitrovica, Pancevo), with tradition of more than 175 year. Nice for one small country, under Turkish rule, that keep own education and didn't give up for foreign ruler education!

Set of 4 stamp, all in same face value, together give little bit over $, 1.04 US$ per set. If You collect "Architecture" or "Building" topical - it is for You!

19-2013 "King Aleksander I Karadjordjevic":

If Njegos, than also King Aleksander - isn't?

yeah, it is 125 year of birth, and many nationalist will be happy to see it on cover, but, I'm afraid, that also many will be using heavy cancel for this in post offices! Seriously, it is not bad design, showing us portrait of King, and his coat of arms/seal.

good topical in any case! As King deserve, it is also face value bigger than "ordinary" single issue - this one come up with 0.59 US$ face value, but be prepared to pay little bit more!

20-2013 "Joint issue with Algeria - Carpets":

2 Dec. 2013, not bad, not bad at all! Nice design showing us Serbian and Algerian carpet, that as I know are very valued, not like Persian carpet - but very near of it! This m/s is showing us motifs on carpet of this two countries, tools for producing same - one small "museum" on postage stamp!

Recommended to have it - if not for something else, for history alone!

There it is two stamp in it, 1.09 US$ face value, not expensive, affordable and good design - You need more than that in Your collection?

21-2013 "Military Industry":

28 Nov. 2014, long tradition in Serbia, good quality production till today. Here we celebrate 160 years of "Zastava" factory, that produce very fine weapons for military, private, sport use. design is also not bad, showing us cannon, factory.

On FDC even technical drawing of "Kokina pus'ka"! Go and take it! Face value are standard of 22 dinar - 0.26 US$. 

22-2013 "Stefan Nemanja - Icon":

If Njegos, if King, than we have also one Holy Stefan! 6 Dec. 2013, single stamp of face value 0.26 US$, fine tuned design that have significance - keep it in collection!

and in the end of year:

Postage due 3-2013:

As usually there is 10 dinar face value for each - mean 0.11 US$ per one, of this 4 last issued. For Serbian population it is not little - it is actually good money (if we see it in quantity printed).

here we have again one building of library, handball sport, Red Cross and family (this one with very nice slogan there - "Listen mam and dad - I want sister of brother"!

8-2013 and continue

8-2013 "Nature Protection":

To be fair, this time, Serbian Post made it low! This issue (and probably all next 4), quality and "style" of design come back to low quality work done by people who are involved in deciding and design of postage stamp in this country.

Probably it is wave of political influence? To reinstall "old" connected artist in this field? I don't know, but we see it in this issue, where design go to the point of, say, some low-budget USA Science Fiction movie!

If not FDC that have one "middle" quality art work, I will say for this issue, total collapse!

But as is, issue come out on May 13, 2013, two stamp in set, with face value running little bit over $ (1.12 US$). Good to include it to the "Cave" topic, and it is all. You will be able, to buy it from any local dealer near or at, face value I think.

9-2013 "Actors":

It is same design over and over, it start to be boring in the end, and design is so - say, "without taste", we see that is missing simple imagination in this work. Nothing that will attract collectors that will run after this issue - no, sorry, can not pass even to the "fundamental school" home work.

Like before, again, issue come on 8 stamp and gutter on middle. On market at May 24, 2013. Face value of full set is not low (taking in account that salary in serbia are near same like in China), it is 2.10 US$ per set, think that people will buy?

10-2013 "Cuba - Serbia diplomatic ties":

Issued on May 29, 2013, to celebrate 70 years of diplomatic ties. Here we see some improvement in design of Mr Vlahovic who made some effort to show us some elements of this diplomatic ties between two republics, with showing us flags of both countries, and parliament building in both capital. Close exam, made me little "point finger on my head" and ask, "Why sky over Cuba building is bright, and sky over Serbian building come to 'before rain' situation"? Some intrigue? Conspiracy? Message? 

Single stamp, issued, face value little over half $ (0.55 US$), overall nice issue, that can be put in few topic slike "Flags", "Capitals", "Buildings" - in principle - not bad to have it.

11-2013 "Orchids":

If someone will say "Wow" - I will calm him down! Far from design that "Orchids" deserve! We can not compare it with countries that are "native to orchids" and know how to made stamp look great and sell great, but little element, that make Orchids Orchids must be! And in this issue we are missing this small precise elements! Really sorry - but it is that!

Issue come on June 14, 2013, in printing sheet of 5 set with gutter on middle, with "old" combination, that you will need to buy full sheet if You want to have this gutter in one picture! Four stamp in set, with face value of 2.00 US$ - not low, but if You take in account that You want full sheet - it come high, and local supplier will take additional 20-30% over face value, which will lead You to some 14.00 to 16.00 US$ from dealer in Serbia. Yes, You will pay postage fee, payment fee, but in the end, not too expensive for sheet of 5.

Postage Due 2-2013 "Red Cross":

Typical issue of "Red Cross" that we know from this country, no new design - probably someone there thinks that no need for it!

Hardly that local dealer will sell it less than 1.00 US$ per stamp, but try and You will see.

2-1013 and up

2-2013 "Museum":

Issued on 20/II/2013 under name of "Museum Exhibits" of 50 year of the Historical Museum of Serbia.

I'm glad that Serbian Post still keep very good design on almost all issues. This one have motif of "The Gospel of King Aleksandar Obrenovic" and second stamp is with "the Crown of King Petar I Karadjordjevic", few really valuable items in Museum!

Two stamp in set, that is not so high face value (near 1.00 $), but - because popularity of this topic, it will have good standing on market, and what I see as now, it is asking prices of 1.81 $ per set of 2. Just if You will want also sheet of 9+gutter, prepare much-much more.

3-2013 "Easter":

like usually, religious motif, that come from frescoes (icons) of monastery church Most Holy Theotokos, in Sicevo Gorge, near city of Nis (Nish). 

If You examine it more patiently, you will find one really masterpiece of this Icon, and design of FDC is even more better - together, it will fit every serious collection!

Set of two value, affordable face value, and probably on market will go for around 1.60 $, per set.

4-2013 "Art - Musicians":

I don't know why, but I still don't like this design! Serbian Post have same design in this "opus" for long time, and - even that comparing it with other countries, is not good, I must to say, that it is designed far away of quality that China made for Beethoven issue!

Here we come with issue from 4/III/2013, three value in set with portrait of Richard Wagner (1813-1883), Giuseppe Verdi (1813-1901) and local one Oskar Danon (1913-2009).

This set can be included also in "Judaica" Topical collection, because Oskar Danon (Jew), but also in "personalities", "music on stamp" and some more.

Face value for this set is more of 1.33$, and on market will probably reach some 2-3.00 $ per set.

5-20013 "History":

Simple to say: "GREAT"! Starting year with good issue are very commendable! 

What they celebrate? 1700 years of Edict of Milan!

Most people (and pupils) around world  will ask: "...what f*****g 1700 year?"!

Nothing that need to be forgotten!!!!!

At this time but "...this edict made Christian religion equal with other religions in the area of Empire, and condition were acquired so few decades later...".

Bad to know? Probably not!

Set of one single stamp and one m/s, isse come out at the 4/IV/2013, face value very near of 2.00 $, market have it from start on 3.81 $, and not so available around.

M/S will go to topic of "maps, compass, Italy, adriatic, seal/signet"  and design of FDC of stamp are one masterpiece!

6-2013 "Red Cross 150 year":

Issue come out on 8/V/2013, single stamp, design that didn't impress me at all, I can say "poor", missing idea or what, I don't know.

Important to remember, yes, but it have feeling like "homework for first class pupils" - but, because topic, will have good rating in market - nothing more than that!

Single stamp with face value less than $, will be offered for around 1.50-1.80 $, just sheet of 9+gutter can little bit improve low grade for design!

7-2013 "EUROPA":

I don't know why, all countries around have same yellow color in use! Reason that most Postal Company, use yellow to paint all car and offices are not enough valid to "paint" also postage stamp in yellow filter!

Marking for this issue? Poor! Not bad, but just poor!

Two stamp like usually in EUROPA topic, with high face value of more than 1.80 $, where market will ask of 3.50-3.90 $ per set (which is still affordable). Sheet of 8+gutter little bit improve overall impression.

Date of issue is 9/V/2013 - can be included in "Car", "Citroen" and it is all what I can say!

Postage Due 1-2013:

Like usually, small dimension, and continuing with design from previous years, of "Avala" Tower (rebuild after NATO bombed it and torn down to the ground), "City", "PC", "Museum" and last is for "Anti-Cancer".

No FDC issued here, and no date of issue available yet!

On market, it will be minimum asking price of 1.00 $ per any single!

Serbia - start 2013

1-2013 "Lunar Horoscope - Year of the Snake":

Serbian Post start 2013 year with good starting pole. Let's hope that they will continue and surprise us with more than this first nice issue! I go around web, and can not say that many countries made such nice design, just what is missing, is m/s or if not, at least, one printing sheet of 10, instead it come out in "simple" two stamp set, with face value of 68.00 dinar (less than 1.00 $), but because of "hot topic" around, be prepared to pay much more than that - somewhere between 1.60-1.80 US$ per set of 2 stamp.

Very nice design, "Snake" and "Horoscope", made by (again) Boban Savic M.A. who deserve congratulation from public!

I like it well, and suggest to all - "Must Have It"!

Serbia 2012 - till end of year:

15-2012 "Literature - Authors":

Issued on Sept. 3, 2012. Set of 3 stamp, with: Vojislav Ilic (1862-1894), Janko Veselinovic (1862-1905) and Vuk Stefanovic Karadzic (1787-1864). Three "pillar" of Serbian literature that really deserve to be celebrated on postage stamp!

If we are looking on design alone, it can not be classified like "great", better say it is just "ordinary" design, with portrait of all three persons, and in background of stamp is home of each, where they are born (except one, probably no archive picture of his home). 

Face value of this issue are not so "small" (by local standard), it is over one US$ per set, but because still "small" printing quantity that Serbian Post made, it can rise on market to 2.50-3.00 US$ per set, on market.

16-2012 "Museum Exhibit":

Come out on Sept. 27, 2012. One set of two stamp, with, I can say, average design. One stamp are "simple" design (bronze statue), but second stamp with "saber" are much better shown.

Face value again around 1.00 $ - will be available on market - You don't need to worry, probably someone will have it on exchange base, and not more than 1.50-2.00 US$ on market!

17-2012 "Joy of Europe":

Every single year, one issue with this topic/name. But, I have an wish to scream! ENOUGH! Or continue, but take some another, better design! I understand that it need to be some kind of  "award" to the children, or some kind of "kick" or "mood" to give young people in Serbia, but it can be done with other, much better designed issues!

Out on market on Oct. 10, 2012. Single stamp, with 46.00 dinar face value (around half $), for sure You can have it somewhere on exchange base, and on market slightly over face value (1.00 $).

18-2012 "Battle of Kumanovo":

One very important battle in Serbian history, where Serbian Army victory over Ottoman Army give one "New World Order" (like some people used to say). Set of two stamp, Oct. 24, 2012, portrait of four great persons in Serbia: gen. Radomir Putnik, Stepa Stepanovic, colonel Zivojin Misic, regent Aleksandar Karadjordjevic. 

Stamp of 22.00 din, are well made, and second stamp with painting of Paja Jovanovic - Osveta Kosova (1913), are less attractive, because it is reproduction of original painting, too many detail on one small stamp! 

Face value of 76.00 dinar, will give You very affordable price to obtain set, that can be selected to few topic in stamp collecting.

Market value? Not more than 1.85-1.90 US$ per set.

19-2012 "Stamp day":

To shout? Not bad at all - but not for stamp design alone, but for FDC and CM - it is made perfectly!

One single stamp in this issue, with "building, stamp on stamp, architecture" topic, and on FDC and CM - great issue of first m/s  of  Yugoslavia!!!! 

face value really-really low, just 22.00 dinar (0.25 $), but because popularity, hardly that You will have it less than 0.55 US$ per stamp.

20-2012 "Christmas":

Again one disappointment with this design. "Dark", small element, I don't know, not something that will "catch" Your eye. But - probably other people will like it.

Two stamp in set, 68.00 din face value (0.88 US$), affordable for sure. 

On both stamps are icons from iconography/master Dimitrije Bacevic.

because of topic, probably You will need to pay slightly more than face value, but not more than 1.63 US$ per set of two. Come to the market on Nov. 1, 2012.

21-2012 "Common Issue":

I don't have precise date of issue of this 3 stamp, but it is just "common" design, with three stamp in set,  face value are very low, 10.00, 11.00 and 50.00 dinar at all - which give You less that 1.00 $ for it. Nothing to "run after", there is "digital TV", "for displaced people" and "museum items" there, but because small dimension of stamp, it give feeling of "not important" status.

You will find it easy in exchange corner with someone, and on market will be plenty available under 1.50 $.

22-2012 "Airplane - Serbian Air Force":

Finally one eye catching issue! Great in all aspect! Come on market on Dec. 24, 2012, set of 6 values, high face value of 231.00 dinar per set! (near 3.00 $), but worth to have it!

See just "art work" of Boban Savic M. A. - it give You "wish" to grab this issue at the spot!

Issued in booklet form, but sold in separate from booklet cover, which make You cry!

There is picture of balloon "Serbia", airplane "Ikarus S-49", "Fizir FN", "Soko-Jastreb", "Rogozharski IK-3", "Lasta 95". 

For sure, You will like it, and try to obtain it as soon as possible, because prices can just go up, I think till 8.50-11.00 US$ per booklet (cover included).

Serbia 2012 - continue:

12-2012 "European Nature Protection - Forest":

Issued on June 1, 2012, with set of 2 stamp. Face value for set is 68.00 Serbian Dinar - not big money in US$, but where is "game"? In stamp of 46.00 dinar - this one is printed in 

quantity of just 25 000.

Someone will say - so what!? Nothing, I will answer - I will be glad to see who will have this set in postally used on/off cover! 

What we have on stamp is Acer heldreichii and Arn. Var. pallasiana - Pinus nigra, two well protected tree in Serbia. On stamp, we can see drawings of tree and leaf, forest - probably good idea, but too small dimension of stamp for this topic. But, if we will ask for bigger stamp - it will be very non practical (something that Bosnian Post made recently, in "Snake" issue).

13-2012 "Olympic - London 2012:"

I really don't like it from beginning of introduction emblem to advertisement of same Olympic Games! It start with logo, that some of critics say it resemble to the word "ZION" instead of 2012, till artist expression of what need to be on the stamp shown.

What we see on stamp? Just Olympic torch and stadium on one stamp, and London famous building and stadium. I ask - and where is some other "Olympic" element like sport?

face value is also not so small for two stamp, it is around 1.40 US$ per set, because popularity of this topic, it will cost much more on market. Quantity printed are little bit more than normal (100 000 for both stamp), and no m/s come out. Like usually - it is sheet of 8 stamp and gutter on middle.

14-2012 "175 year of Cathedral":

Even that it is just single stamp, I can say that nice job made by artist! 

Come out at July 13, 2012, single stamp of really low face value of some quarter of $, that will allow many collectors to have it in collection. Cheaply, nice, popular topic under "religion", low quantity printed (50 000), probably will be sold out very quickly! I don't know who is main dealer that purchase most of quantity directly from Serbian Post, but see: 50 000 x 0.25 = 12 500 US$ for  "all printed" - let's say that 25% Serbian "standing order" customer will have, and next 25% if will go to post branches for regular use - it is  around 6300 US$ that will some dealer/s invest - and start to manipulate market!

Any way, I like design on all three option (stamp, FDC and CM) and can just recommend to all - run and grab!

7-2012 and continue:

7-2012 Science:

Issued March 30, 2012, with three stamp in set celebrating 75 yr Fine Art Academy, 75 yr Music Academy and 150 yr Gymnasium in Pozarevac city.

All three stamp in set are printed in very low quantity of 25 000 - for this really nice set, I think not enough for all collectors that collect topic! Probably You will need some more effort to have it in collection. Prices are not so big deal at market, some 2+ $ per set, but sheet of 10, will cost You little premium - probably 23-25.00 $ - in any way - nice set.

8-2012 Joint issue with Slovakia:

That go out on April 12, 2012, to be fair - one of worst design, or "idea" that Serbian Post made in last period.

I understand significance of mentioning one artist like Jan Konjarek, but it can be done in other way. To make joint issue between two countries with very similar folk, existed many another "dual" thing that can be placed on stamp, and mark this event. But, probably someone don't think like me.

Single stamp issued, Market will ask for it somewhere between 1.00 to 1.25 $ for each. Again same low quantity printed, 25 000 - that will result in shortage of it on option if You will seek for stamp with gutter.

9-2012 Belgrade Marathon:

It happened for 25 time - year, nice event, more or less good design, low face value that will be also well available on market, because it is printed in 50 000 quantity.

Come to market on April 21, 2012.

10-2012 Reptiles - Fauna:

Snake, lizard and turtle world! Attractive, again with gutter between, that will make You trouble if You wish to have all complete picture from gutter. You will need all 5 sets to complete it. And not so cheap ! Complete set will take from You some 4-5.00 $!!!! Quantity printed are 65 000 for all stamp in set - it is 13 000 sheetlet of 5 set in, I think that "shortage" will not occur for this set, but market prices will probably just rise! Come to market on May 21, 2012.

11-2012 EUROPA issue:

Well made presentation of Serbia! Wish that they print it in huge quantity, that every mail from Serbia have one stamp on it - and this way to promote places that are worth to visit!

Yes - nice, and popular topic resulted in large quantity printed - 100 000, which will, probably turn down market value. Because that, again probably, Serbia Post printed it in high face value of 77.00 and 44.00 dinar. At the moment, I see that market is valuing it on around 2.50 $ per set. But again here we have sheetlet of 8 with gutter on middle - which will made (again) extra expenses if You need it with gutter.

Postage Due 2-2012:

Like usually, one for Sv. Sava Church in Belgrade, and second for Para Olympic team! Good gesture if You wish to "donate" some money for this nice cause! But, You must to understand, that catalog will valued it minimum, and on market it will be not so frequent in offering - because that prepare extra effort to find in in mint or used condition, and also some 1.00 $ per sample.
